Brach Madrid restaurant luxe madrid 3D

Universe

As you enter the Brach restaurant, you can imagine Salvador Dalí, Luis Buñuel and Federico García Lorca sitting here, rewriting the world as poets. Philippe Starck has recreated the atmosphere of the grand cafés, the hotbed of intellectual and artistic freedom.
A jumble of paintings in eclectic styles and a collection of beautiful objects give the illusion of entering a place that belongs to the past, endowed with a “poetic memory”. The open kitchen infuses the restaurant with all the energy of Chef Adam Bentalha’s vibrant cuisine.

Adam Bentalha

Born in Constantine, Adam Bentalha began his career in the great Parisian restaurants. Brach Paris offered him his first position as Executive Chef.

His cuisine, infused with the flavours of the Mediterranean, is founded on sun-drenched produce, spices and aromas from far-off lands, carefully selected from producers. Generous and authentic, Adam Bentalha’s lively cuisine is a fusion of his memories and the riches of Mediterranean cuisine.

A cuisine imbued with joy and generosity that defies fashion.

Restaurant

Created by chef Adam Bentalha, the menu at Brach Madrid exudes conviviality and Mediterranean flavours with hints of the Middle East. The flavours of these sun-drenched countries brought together in his dishes are a natural extension of Spanish cuisine, which is all about sharing: “my menu really comes into its own here, because we’re now in a country where the gastronomic scene is very cosmopolitan”, says the Chef.
The Brach Paris classics and signature dishes are still featured, along with a few nods to some typical Spanish dishes.

For a more intimate dinner, private dining room.

Bar

In a nod to Spanish village cafés, the cocktail bar features large bottles wrapped in woven straw. Their shape is reminiscent of the balloon bottles in which Catalan wines such as Rancio are aged. Lined up above the counter with small taps, these bottles add a fun, folksy dimension to serving drinks. This simplicity contrasts with the sophisticated mirrors, which make the glassware, bottles and guests’ eyes shine.
